How I Started:
I was married to a bodybuilder who has competed in a few comps and he got me into it until then I barely lifted a weight. Its hard not to have it rub off when you're living with one lol.
Why I Love It:
It may sound cliche but I want to look as good on the outside as I feel on the inside.
How I Stay Motivated:
By standing nekkid in front of a full legnth mirror...thats motivation enough Lol
