How I Started: How i started was simple, i was fat, overweight, unfit, everything that was undesirable. I started small with free weights in my room, and now i try to hit the gym hard 4 times a week.
Why I Love It: It gets me focused on the rest of my day. Not only that but the challenge of bettering yourself is exciting.
How I Stay Motivated: By comparing myself to other people, and seeing where i can better myself

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I hurt my elbow. I was injured for 3 months. I took it easy for that time and sorted out the problem in my workout.
