Yeah I am still trying to put on muscle. It is real hard to do for me. I take in more protein and push harder through my workouts, but it don't come easy.

Update your info. It is motivating. Once a week, that's all it takes. My goal for monday: hit the 50lb loss mark.

I am glad that you are excited about fitness and health. It truely is amazing to lose weight and build a better body. Don't expect it to happen overnight though. It can be frustrating waiting for your end result to happen. The best thing to do is to try to be better than you were the week before. That will help you tremendously. Wheather it is eating, excersising, or the way you feel.

Just flippin around and I caught your profile b/c Divine Heresy does kick ass, so does Job For A Cowboy...I go see them in a few weeks at Gigantour w/ Megadeth here in Houston. Also, I read that you used to be a fat ass....now you get ass. I thought that was ****in funny (my mission I'm on). I was 250 11wks ago (5' 11") now I am 217. I want to drop another 20 while I cut and tone/ build muscle. Any pointers you could share would be appreciated.

It feels good to be dropping weight every week. So far I have dropped 20lbs in the past 7 weeks. I have 10 more lbs to my first goal of 220. You, on the other hand, are definitely dropping. Not only am I a fellow Texan, I am also a fellow Veteran! Best to you as you continue the transformation!

Today I went to a health store and on the shelf was a used copy of Body for Life. I know that you mentioned to me about your success with this program, so i decided to buy it. I read through some of it and seeen the workouts and meal plans. How close did you follow the program? ...As far as meals and workouts?

What exactly is included in this body for life program. I understand there are meal plans and workout guides. There is nothing else I could see on their website. Could you shed some light on this info and tell me exactly what about this plan helped you the most?

I am glad that you got the foods you need to get better. You said you needed my help, but to your surprise, you picked out the foods you needed all on your own. I am proud and hope that your food temptations will fade away as you progress towards your goal. Its all a matter of how bad you want it!
