I was tired of feeling drained. Miserable about my excess fat and appearance. I started reading on how to eat. Then I started getting hooked on the feeling. After that I wanted to gain as much information on all aspects of the subject.
Why I Love It:
It's challenging, transformations, results. The release of endorphins. There is something so positive in it that it not only changes your body. It changes your moods and your outlook on life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I take pictures, measurements, and weigh myself to stay motivated. Then, I will compare that to my previous logs and track my progress. I think of how I will feel when I achieve my transformed body.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 50lbs in 4 months. Learning new ways to eat, workout and live!

I am sure you will start packing on the muscle. Your body probably is still trying to adjust as you have been dropping weight and now trying to put it back on. You may have to switch over to a gainers protein. Best of luck!
How goes the mass building? I am still trying to get back intot he swing of things after coming back from vacation. My body is being a bit stubborn. Hope all is well.

Challenge yourself and you will get where you want to be. The real secret, if there is one, is eating 5 or 6 small, clean, healthy meals a day, working out with weights 3-4 times a week and doing cardio at least 3 times a week. I used the Body for Life program for my much-needed body transformation and lost over 50 lb’s in only 12 weeks by following it. Give me a yell if I can be of assistance.
