I want to gain some muscle mass so people wont underestimate me and my strength.
Goal (Long):
I want to gain muscle so that i can big stronger and look good and built. And get in shape for baseball season so i can make other players envy me and fear me because i'm stronger then they excepted.
my workout plan is split into two parts lower body mainly legs and upper body/back
My leg work out is pretty easy i like to warm up on a bike or treadmill for about 10-15 min. then after that i do leg press three sets adding more weight each time. leg curls, leg extensions, squats, and calf rasies...
Hey Shane. Thanks for the message...HOWEVER I just had emergency eye surgery a couple of days ago and can't really spend much time on this machine. Doctors orders...I'll get back to you next week sometimes with my comments although a quick glance shows nice improvements on arms, more chest and abs and YES calves also looking thicker and more defined...Andre
thanks . right now i dont work my calves much like once a week , but those are mostly from 12 years of soccer basket ball and volley ball. right now im just doing toe raises with 360ish and its been keeping in pretty good shape
Welcome Shane and will certainly keep an eye on your progress updates. Like I said you already have good muscle tone..just need some size to show it more like you want. Eat well and lots starting with solid breakfast to give that body energy right from the start, good vitamins also and keep it fun. Small reachable goals so when you get there you feel good about your training and diet and ready to go to next. Andre
Already good peaks on arms, good shoulders and tight stomach with nice abs on the way. Lean body to pack on both muscle and definition. Also, get yourself on a good diet. Chest especially needs more thickness. Check the Search area at bottom of site for tons of great info on diet and training for teens to whatever level you want to achieve. Keep us posted. Andre
