When I Started:
Mar, 2008
How I Started:
i started working out because i want to get into better shape so i can be at a high level of fitness for baseball season and to have a better body. And because i wanted more stuff to do to stay active.
Why I Love It:
i love working out because its a great way to stay in shape and it gives me something to do other then being a couch potato or playing video games. it gives you a since of accomplishment when you reach your lifting goals and your physic starts to look better as you make progress.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation is a quote from the rocky balboa movie "The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain't you. You're better than that!" and when the trainer say " lets start building some hurtin bombs" the first quote keeps me motivated cause i'm the only one that can help me reach me bodybuilding goals and to not give up on myself.
BB Accomplishments:
my accomplishments for me while bodybuilding would be reaching my goals those are my accomplishments right now

Hey Shane. Thanks for the message...HOWEVER I just had emergency eye surgery a couple of days ago and can't really spend much time on this machine. Doctors orders...I'll get back to you next week sometimes with my comments although a quick glance shows nice improvements on arms, more chest and abs and YES calves also looking thicker and more defined...Andre

Welcome Shane and will certainly keep an eye on your progress updates. Like I said you already have good muscle tone..just need some size to show it more like you want. Eat well and lots starting with solid breakfast to give that body energy right from the start, good vitamins also and keep it fun. Small reachable goals so when you get there you feel good about your training and diet and ready to go to next. Andre

Already good peaks on arms, good shoulders and tight stomach with nice abs on the way. Lean body to pack on both muscle and definition. Also, get yourself on a good diet. Chest especially needs more thickness. Check the Search area at bottom of site for tons of great info on diet and training for teens to whatever level you want to achieve. Keep us posted. Andre
