How I Started:
All I really wanted to do when was gain weight for college when I started. That soon changed when I started training with Chris Carter (owner of Fitness Xpress). I watched how he would minipulate different foods and exercises to better his physique and this really intrigued me. From then on I have been hooked to the sport.
Why I Love It:
I could write about my love for bodybuilding all day but these are a few things that really stick out. Not only is it one of the best stress relivers in the world it also teaches many things you would not find anywhere else such as extreme self-discipline, determination, and most importantly it teaches you to deal with failure and to rebound triumphantly. Bodybuilding also gives you an unparalled bond between other bodybuilders.
How I Stay Motivated:
There are so many bodybuilders at the gym I work out that are bigger and in better shape than I am. This helps keep my intensity up during my workouts. Also, all the guys at the gym are more than motivating. If someone is having a shitty day, there is always someone there to bust your ass. Although bodybuilding is a very competitive sport, everybody at the gym wants to see their brother succeed and will do anything they can to help you out. Being the youngest, its a pretty cool feeling to have guys 5,10,15 years older than you busting your ass to get that last rep, or to scoop your ass off the floor after you pass out on the squat rack. It's never a dull day at Fitness Xpress!
My head looks like a bowling ball. This was at my heaviest weight before i started dieting for the Alabama in September.
So its a pretty huge difference. It was my first show and i wasn't that enthusiastic on losing so much weight but you gotta do what you do to get shredded.
I want to fill out my physique more and more each year. Being 6'2" you have to have alot more mass to look as big as the other guys but there is hope for me. Toney Freeman is also 6'2" and is a ****in' beast. He just goes to show that tall people can be pro bodybuilders. I hope to be qualified for a national show by the time I am 25. Being 6'2" I most definantly have to be at the top of the Super Heavyweight division and believe me I will be there. A crazy goal that i set about a year ago was to be 300 pounds in offseason by the time i am 25 and i am keeping that goal.

On your way to a great physique and many championships.Excellent size and definition on traps, shoulders, chest/pecs, arms and abs. Solid pics and poses also. Congrats and keep us posted. Andre
Really impressive build. Long & lean with big muscle bellies where appropriate. Excellent balance in your chest & shoulders. Great mid-pec separation. Great work!
