i had previous experience and resluts from lifting weights the summer before, but i had stopped and i was rail thin and i really wanted to put on muscle

I Dont Stick to the same routine, Each week im either alternating preacher curl with 1/2 + 1's, Dip Machine with Rope Press Down, Leg Press with Kettle Ball Swings, i change my routine everyweek so my muscles get a new workout everyday. i find this method is working well for me, at this rate...

Thats good man! Now do stiff leg deads and squats and get those hurtting so bad you cant get out of the car when you get home! lol........Its all in the legs and it is hard for us tall guys to fill those sticks out but it can be done. Hit your calve for a total of 9 heavy ass sets 6 to 10 reps and they will grow. It took me doing the super heavy calve raises on the seated raise and press to get them building but theyre looking good for the first time ever!
