Overall Goal: I want to get cut! To prove to myself that if I put my mind to something and goal set I can achieve anything... and to constantly be improving!
Fit Status:
Back on track after a bit of sickness... might have been over training.
Growing up I was always overweight, not huge but enough to slightly effect my self confidence.
Basically I grew up with the wrong mindset towards eating and excessive. I I read a copy the body for life book and that changed my whole mindset and it planted a seed.
Now it's a part of my life that I can't live without...
Why I Love It:
The feeling of accomplishment & pump after finishing a set. Being able to see visible progress.
How I Stay Motivated:
Stay motivated by looking at old photos and of myself and inspirational pics of where I want to be...

Loosing over 15kgs to date

I want to get cut! To prove to myself that if I put my mind to something and goal set I can achieve anything... and to constantly be improving!
Goal (Long):
My goal is to basically get cut! All my life I have have been overweight and I always wanted a better body so now is my chance.
I started exercising properly about 6 months ago and have lost over 10kgs. This is the next step towards my goal.
I decided to undertake a 3 month transformation, got myself a gym membership and a plan to go hard!!!
