When I started eating clean about 2.5 wks ago, I lost 5 right away, but gained it back plus 3 (that time of month added to it). Now I've officially lost 7 lbs. I can see the difference in my back. Can you?

Summer/September progress. Hammie. The following shots are after a summer of 2-3 workouts per week, copious amounts of popcorn during baseball games and ice cream whenever I felt like eating it. But starting in September, I got back on track with daily workouts compliments of Janthony. And my diet is on track with the help of Hermtheworm.

My lower back looks wide. I'd like to get it toned and tight again. I'm working on it with October's plan.

Damn, my back looks short and wide. Must be the camera ;P I was given a ton of hyperextensions to do on every back day and one leg day to tone my lower back.
