When I started eating clean about 2.5 wks ago, I lost 5 right away, but gained it back plus 3 (that time of month added to it). Now I've officially lost 7 lbs. I can see the difference in my back. Can you?

Summer/September progress. Hammie.
The following shots are after a summer of 2-3 workouts per week, copious amounts of popcorn during baseball games and ice cream whenever I felt like eating it. But starting in September, I got back on track with daily workouts compliments of Janthony. And my diet is on track with the help of Hermtheworm.
