No weight goals. I am really into lifting right now so I am just going with it. I am trying to cut a little fat right now without losing strength. I lift for strength mainly.
I guess my only goal is for people to notice and compliment.

In my limited experience with 5x5 I noticed the greatest gains at the end of mine. I also believe once you start getting into personal record territory at the end it is important that you get 2 days complete rest after your 3rd work out of the week. I know if I take on another 5x5(bulk) I will only do the 3 WOs a week.

Thanks for the comp. I am really enjoying the results. The 5x5 is awesome. It was my first 5x5. I would do the lifts and they would be heavy and I would barely be able to push it, and then in the the next week I could add more weight and just barely push it. It is crazy. I have to take a break on it cause my lower back is sooo tight all the time I don't want to temp injury.

Thanks for the thoughts. I switched to a compound lift focused program and added some stuff.
What's your take on the pure Arginine? I feel more comfortable taking pure stuff anyway and I am looking into arginine for when I cut and get ripped. Wg=hat has it helped you with.
Thanks,
Shamus
