I gained about 20 lbs on my bulk(ended late Oct) and now I want to cut some bf. Nothing crazy but maybe to a little under 10%. I want to continue to gain strength while losing bf so it will go slow.
I finished up that last WO program with about two weeks I did not track. I didn't really do much gaining on it and I didn't really lean out too much either. All in all it puffed up some muscles and strengthened secondary muscles. It wasn't a waste of time because my chest looks pretty big...
Yeah, you have to be careful with your back especially. My training partner is starting to have some of the same trouble now that we've gone heavier again. Keep up the great work, stay careful, and the gains will keep coming.
hey i checked out your workouts for you...a few simple things i would recomend would be adding in variations of cleans, pull ups, and deadlifts into your routine; also gaining weight is more about your food intake than your lifting process..what does your diet look like. Generally speaking 1.5-2g of protein per lb of body weight is a great way to gain weight while being able to stay rather lean...especially since you decided to lose weight b4 you decided to try and put it back on.
