Take a steam shovel and raise everything 5 inches north! After 4 spine surgeries,2 kids and my 52nd B.D. ...I got work to do!
Goal (Long):
I was always a chubby kid. My dream was to become a dancer, but was too insecure about my body to pursue those dreams. I admired people who were athletic, svelte and poised. However, I didn't think I had the self discipline to accomplish what they had earned. It wasn't until my 4th spine surgery in 2004 (where I ended up in a wheelchair) that I was faced with a decision that would alter my life for the better. Was I going to die in that chair feeling sorry for myself or was I going to claim my life and live out loud? Self pity was the enemy all along. I want to discover what this magnificent machine can really do. Yes, it may be banged up a bit, without some original parts.(Titanium fusions instead) A couple of kids have passed through, along with menopause, but hey...I bet this thing can still race. I want to feel what it's like to drop body fat, build muscle and become "cut up from the floor up".
ohhh small world! thats crazy.. i know gastonia very well. im originally from shelby haha and still have family there and my sister teaches at gaston college
I am really not an experts in supplements. I just have some protein bars and a protein shake. It really seems to me that I have more energy after taking one. I guess that's simply their purpose. :) How are you doing?
