To start being consistent with my training and diet in hopes of competing again very soon.
Goal (Long):
For the past 10 years of my life, I have neglected and abused my body. I went from being confident and in great shape to being on overweight dad. I know that I must change my lifestyle and habits now.
Well, the fat is continuing to burn off quickly. I'm now running over 4 miles every other day. I'm doing 50 minutes on the Precor elliptical machine on the days I don't run. I also started my creatine loading today, so I expect to have an increase in my weight. Overall, I am feeling...
I've been doing 2-a-days for the past three weeks. I do my weights at 1:00 PM, then head back to the gym at 8:30 PM for 45 minutes of cardio and keep my heart rate up to at least 160 BPM. So far, it has been working well, as I have lost nearly 30 lbs of fat and added some muscle.
I know what you mean!!!! If I even have 1 alcoholic drink I am hung over the next day!!!! my body just doesnt like liquor!!! I still do it though =-( But now that i am 15 weeks out I cant do that anymore!!!!
dang good for you! How much cardio ARE you doing? i am doing like 45 min 2 x a week and 1 20 min HIIT session....i dont think i could handle anymore than that !
hahaha yup...had some few setbacks...more mental than anything. Im regaining my focus as we speak. I decided I cant do cheat meals anymore.....I cant handle them! I dont wanna stop once I get going! hahahaa
Started creatine loading today. I hope to see a big difference in a few weeks. Am looking forward to actually posting some pictures now that I am getting close to my goals!
