Clearly this pic looks like a tubby who has not hit the gym in for-ever. Wrong! I did cardio, weights, ran outside, all the exercise to try and lose the weight and got me nowhere fast!

So what was my problem? I didnt eat any bread, I drank strictly water and a lot of it. I ate as healthy as I could with the occasional larger portion... I was so strict on myself!

The problem was overall diet. 4 meals + who knows how many snacks per day was the holdback. Constant hungry feeling came often...

Hours of killing myself on the treadmill, and other streneous exercise just did not reach my belly, arms, gigantic legs, I barely toned at all!

I never ate fastfood, doughnuts, pizza etc, but when I did cheat out for one desert in a great while, cheeks and belly swelled up the next day - unreal and unfair

I worked so hard to try and fight the weight but no luck. Genetics had me good. With my body sensetive to high sugar, carb and calorie food, there is no easy way out of this for me

Feeling odd in clothes and in my double-chin (it was there) got really irritating and overwhelming after my countless tries for improvement

Thighs and waist started slimming just a tad after trying the HIIT workout program from that E-Bookfor a few weeks (I do not recommend it to rely on for losing b.f. or much of your weight).

Then I got serious about the 5-6 meal a day thing and stuck with that for months looking 4 greater results. I did get some, but fat-loss overall, not so much.

The weight and water-retention did yo-yo like crazy & really drive me nuts 4 a looong time!

I gave up on the good weight-loss effort and started cardio-ing myself to death, along with about a 1000 cal/day diet to shake my body out of the stage it was in!

Here, Im 5'7 141 lbs. dropped abt 9 lbs in a couple of month of hard-core cardio and low low cal diet aka - The Unhealthy Way!

As you see, it did show some changes, but were they healthy and good? Nah. One good thing about that is that I previously put in enough weight-training 4 my body to retain some muscle after this kind of self-abuse.

Please know that unless ure on competition prep, a diet that low in calories is depriving and wont give lasting results.

I started consulting a trainer and got on a 6 small meal/day diet of about 1700 cals with regular strenth and cardio workouts.

Within the 1st two weeks I lost 2 % b.f. thanks 2 his training & healthy diet plan (not straight chicken-broccoli either)

I realized that there's a healthy way to getting lean, doesnt mean it's the fast way. 148 lbs here, on good diet.

Bottom line to the real big change in me is: Diet, DIet, DIET!!! I see the "you are what you eat" thing coming to life for me, exercise alone aint sh... (sorry)
