decided i need to gain weight after being obsessed with being thin
Why I Love It:
i love lifting because it gives me a feeling of accomplishment. i try extremely hard and going to the gym and eating right every day takes incredible amounts of dedication.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated because one day i know i'll have the body i've always wanted
BB Accomplishments:
benching my body weight, although it is not much i thought i'd never be able to do it.
breaking the 200 lb barrier on deads and squats. now if i can do it on the bench i'd feel like a beast

obviously i need to gain weight. 15 lbs, 10 lbs, or even 5 lbs would be amazing.
Goal (Long):
i've been struggling for the past two years. i went from 190 down to 120 and then up to 150 and stayed there until recently. i am attempting bulking but i am afraid of getting fat again. i know, or believe that i am an ecto meso, but i feel more like an ecto-endo because i can gain fat easily but not muscle, needless to say i am pretty much lost. any help would be greatly appreciated.

so 2 weeks ago i got to the point where i got frustrated by making no gains in over a year. i decided my diet was too clean for me. i was either losing weight or staying the same. my bodyfat was at 12% and i could slightly see abs but i decided to start adding more carbs and fats to my diet....
Hard gainer as per your site HOWEVER your profile pic showing solid gains on that back. Lots of muscle and definition, AND width with the very good work on lats. Good size already also on delts and biceps. Andre
