thanks for the shout out man. your profile's a good read. we both started out the same way--being motivated by our own fat pic! you still bulking? keep hitting it hard.
This is my basic bread and butter shoulder routine:
4x8-12 Dumbbell Presses
4*8-12 Lateral Raises Standing
4*8-15 Front Raises
4*8-12 Rear Lateral Raises (Seated/Incline)
Of course I throw in some variation in there sometimes like adding some exercises, performing supersets whatever.
I always go real heavy on the presses. I'd recommend going moderately heavy on the rear lateral raises as well. A lot of people suggest going too light on those.
The others are just jealous. It takes alot to keep a steady eating plan and gym routine. It's a life choice some people are just too lazy to choose. Alot of my mates and family gym so I don't really have that problem but why stop bro? Keep building that mass, good luck
I'm doing really good. My weight is starting to climb and I feel great. My goal is 210 lbs. by 1 Feb. I weighed in at 203 the other morning but only 200 this morning. Wish me luck.
