I started working out at home with some dumbells that my old brother had bought, but he never trained with then.

i've been trying to cut too. not losing the muscle i busted my ass to get is also a big goal. you're looking pretty jacked man. i'd push someone down a flight of stairs to get your muscle mass and definition. let me know if you find some good diet tips brother. you're pretty ripped. stay motivated.

Yea for example with squats
ill warm up with the bar
then with 135
then 225
285
315
none of those till failure
and then last set go all out to complete failure.
if you hit 100% failure, then how can you possibly do more?
its called HIT training. thats how some of the biggest bbers in the world train

i actually found something that works better
3 exercises
squats 1 set 8 - 10
Hack squats 1 set of 20
and then leg extensions
1 set after warmups of course i put another inch on my legs in a month!
