I had been fooling around with weights for a couple of years, never taking it seriously. So I decided I needed to change my self for the better. I always had been a geek in my mind and I avoided social situations. Now I realize I have been wasting my life way and it was time to take action.
Why I Love It:
The reason I love bodybuilding is I feel like a different person while working out. I don't feel like I have to be the geek anymore. Also the pump you feel while working out is the most incredible feeling (You feel you can do anything).
How I Stay Motivated:
lol This is a very hard department for me... I get motivated and demotvated extremely easily. But one thing that really helps me get motivated is reading success stories.
To become ripped in one years time. Grow my arms to 15 inch and reveal my six pack.
Goal (Long):
Over the next year, I want to gain 20lbs of lean muscle with a goal of 170 lbs. I will work towards 15 inch arms and cut my body fat to around 8% bring out my abs.
I am also going to focus on strength, because I believe if one gets stronger one will grow to support continued strength increase.
I will also work on my dedication to working out and will not give in to the negative influences effecting my workouts.
Right now I'm on the down phase of caffeine and NO2 products. And I really miss the stuff more the caffeine for ovious reasons. But I feel like a junkie day 4... :( Maybe I'll only do a week off, we'll see how good my will power is. This is a good opportunity to really test out glycergrow, now...
This is my general workout but I try to change it a bit every week.
I edited this from euro_canadian50's workout.

The thing that has really helped me the most, more than anything else, is a sound diet. Eat clean and eat alot and you WILL grow! Diet is key. Specifically, one of the things that has really helped me is approximately tripling my fat intake (good fat of course!). Best of luck!
thanks man, i hope ppl see some gains, cuz i dont go to the gym for noting:P lol..and about my girlfriend, i have to admit that yes im lucky she goes to the gym with me...girls like that are not everywhere:S
Hey thanks dude. You're looking great yourself keep it up. Yea I try to change my plan every few weeks or so. I was doing low reps before and I was only gaining strength and no size so I am upping it to around 8-10 and 10-12 on some exercises.
