I saw a few guys lift weights in HS. I picked them up and starting lifting but didn't get serious until several years after HS.
Why I Love It:
Weight lifting is the biggest stress reliever in the world and I get the body I want out it - sign me up! :)

My goal is to reach 200 lbs so I can stop being that scrawny guy. ha :)
Goal (Long):
I've always been the scrawny guy in school. I was 140 lbs of bones and could get away with eating anything I wanted to. I'm tired of being the toothpick and need to start building the body I want. I WILL reach 200 lbs of muscle and 7% body fat.
As a good friend told me:

I want to GAIN 20 lb

I've been doing some experimentation with Amy's original idea of making Bodybuilder Ice Cream (Thank Amy!) I've come up with a PERFECT replica of Jello Chocolate Pudding. I swear if I put two of them side by side, you couldn't tell the difference. It's perfect for a pre-bedtime snack...
so far good, working out even if i dont see results im still keeping a positive attitude, working on finishing studies and etc etc been some mood swings BUT bad habbits die hard :P how about ya???
I like it. I have to take the max dosage, 4 scoops, but I can definitely tell the difference in vascularity at the gym. I can see veins, plural, for the first time ever. The method of taking it takes a little while to get used to. You pour each scoop off GG directly into your mouth and wash it down with water or whatever your pre-workout drink is.
That's cool man.. if it's working for you, then that is a great physique to aspire to.. I am more used to guys cycling, though a few try to stay lean all year.. I wish someone would publish diet ideas and strategies for bigger guys.. no one does.. it's all the "average guy 180 lbs, or 200 lbs.." hell my LBM alone is over 235.. lol
