How I Started:
I got starting working out when I started to get overweight about two and a half years ago. I didnt start picking up weights until April of this year. Thanks to my trainer that got me started and has helped me start to transform my body! I am looking forward to making it in the fitness industry. I have a long way to go but off to a great start!
Why I Love It:
It is a sense of release for me. It is a feeling that I cant describe. I makes me feel awesome when I work out and the results motivate me to keep going.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by constantly looking at pictures of who I look up to in the fitness industry.

Goal (Long):
To lose about 10lbs. and get down to 10% body fat. I want to gain a bit more muscle mass and lean out!!! I want to achieve these goals to be able to compete. Not only do I want to compete, I want to WIN!! I would also like to get into fitness modeling as well. I want to be proud of my body and who I am. I want to set high goals and blow them out of the water!
