I have worked-out all of my life. Now I feel that I want to be more defined and more mass.
Why I Love It:
It has always been a part of my life. Staying in shape is a must in todays fast pace world. I hate to say this but the first impression you have on some one is phyical.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's a habit and a must. You have to have a goal and a good partner.
BB Accomplishments:
I max my Army Physical Fitness Test and at Law Enforcement School I finished 1st in my class in Physical Fitness.
im not a fan of LOW carb diets, try cycling your carbs...ready artilces by layne norton on bb.com....you can get lots of info from wat he writes...hes great!
hey man, to be totally honest i rarely train abs....if you are looking for aesthetics, its all diet...if you want core strength then you can incorporate any ab movement into your routine but also do movements on an unstable surface! the abs works best in a transverse plane, so anything rotational seems to be great!
