thats great, were ready as well. Going to a christmas party tomorrow afternoon, adn then making christmas dinner on christmas. Just staying busy during the holidays. Waiting for my wife to pop any day now, and working out like crazy.

I have to say my main goal is to finally reach that sixc pack ive been working forever for. Ive been doing a lot of cross fit workouts and they seem to be the key to success.

for your abs, I do 10-20 minutes of abs. split the time between crunches, leg lifts, obliques and ab machine. It will burn you out.

then i run around 3 miles every 2-3 days, and during some workout i'll mix in box jumping, and 800 meter (.45 miles) timed sprint. So far ive lost 2% BF andto me it looks like ive bulked up a lot. If this works for you, then I want fist peek at the pics.

Start w/ 5 min intervals. 5 min hammies, 5 min glutes and so forth. first set should be as many as possible and take a quick breather, then bust out sets of n e thing btwn 5,8,10 reps til the time is up.

Yeah tell me about it, if im not doin n e thing, I go nuts, lol. Well what is it you want to work on, that you want to improve??? Cause seriously, you look like your more in the retaining stage. You have a bomb ass body as is, and your sexy outfits really show it off. If your looking for more bulk, I suggest cross Fitt workouts.

Damn, that sucks, yeah I would take it easy, I blew my shoulder out a few years ago, but the military would not operate. So im building everything back up again. You can tell in my pics that on shoulder sets lower than the other.
My personal trainer comes with my membership package at the gym, I usually see him twice a month but as of late I have made myself a pretty good set schedule and havent had to use him, but I figured that since I do pay for it I might as well got my use, LOL.

Not too bad, I was supposed to have a personal training appt yesterday but my Trainer was sick, so we re-scheduled for today at 5. I went to the gym anyway and did a shoulder arm and back routine. But im feelin pretty good though. Hows your training goin?

I totally agree with you on the subject. I think some people tend to favor others and when its comes to pics they only wat what they think of as "The Best" up. I think its crap and they need to remember this is an equal's website and if they do that to one person, then it needs to be done to everyone.
