I love the passion of hard earned work. the feeling of knowing that at the end of the day you have accomplished something and when you have people looking at you in the gym, makes you feel great.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because of my beautiful daughter Rachelle, she's the light of my life and anyone with children would know you have to be in great shape to keep up with the little ones.

None at this time, just doing it to stay in shape to say the least.

I think the measurement of error is plus or minus 2-4%. So you could be right! Great job! You are getting there!

Actually on those electronic devices there are certain guidelines they suggest to get more accurate readings. I have a sheet on it at home I will see if I can find it and let you know what it says. I think one was no exercise before.
