I still have a little fat in my lower abs and I think will take time...but I want gain muscles. I'm trying to find another whey protein like ON Pro Complex but I'm not sure if its the right one... I'll lift heavier weights. Any suggestions?.

I was on vacation for 3 weeks I didn't keep my diet I just took the CLA almost every day, I don't know how but I lost 4 pounds - workout just 2 days.
