Hi! I love doing cardio 6 days a week for an hour, but I have to stop because I dont want to get to skinny. I like to be skinny but with muscles lol

Thanks Kai!! 6 days of workout/cardio and a diet plan help me a lot I was surprised when I saw the scale 3 days ago...137 pounds... my husband did ask me to stop loosing weight ha ha, but I still need work my abs.
