How I Started:
I always did some sports/ cardio but 5 years ago I joined the gym after 4 months my husband did it too, we got a trainer and we got a good definition after a year I got pregnant with my second child and my husband stop lifting because he got a brain injury so during 2 years I'd just walk and run . We went back to the gym 2 1/2 years ago 3 days a week just to do some cardio and light lifting, eating healthy but without a diet plan. This year I wanted to do a liposuction my friend said that I 'll never have a flat abs without a plastic surgery but my husband was scare so I didn't do it and I started my own diet plan and going to the gym 6 days a week I lost a lot of body fat now I'm trying to gain some muscles when my husband saw that I was serious with the diet and my workout he was so proud of me that now he is back and very motivate.
Why I Love It:
I love been healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm happy the way I feel the way I look, I have energy my husband and our kids love going to the gym too.
Mon- 15 min cardio shoulders, back
tue- total definition (upper body - free weights class)
wed- 15 min cardio, legs
thur- 15 min cardio, biceps, triceps
frid- 30 min cardio, abs
sat- 15 min cardio, legs, shoulders, back
sun- off
