On August 20th 2008 I finally decided to do something about how heavy I had become, and decided I was not getting any younger.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel like I can make a difference in my life and that I can do anything I put my mind to.
How I Stay Motivated:
Arnold Schwarzenegger was and always will be the greatest bodybuilder of all time.

So far I have lost 160lbs and packed on a lot of muscle.

tomorrow i will be starting on REduction i will be logging everyday with what i do such as exercise, food, and how i feel. Im doing this mainly to help myself keep track of what i will be doing and help keep me on the ball.
