How I Started: I was real punny and was tired of looking that way. I've always wanted to look big and tough, so i kicked myself and got started.
Why I Love It: I love that great feeling knowing that I'm helping my body and the more I workout the more the girls will look at me! :)
How I Stay Motivated: I think of all my freinds that are girls, and how one day they'll be mine.

Goal (Short): I want to be ripped at 175lbs for this summer.
Goal (Long): I want to end up lifting 300lbs and have a solid body. I really want to stay in shape my whole life because 3 years ago when i was going through puberty I hated myself because i was fat. Now I'm loving my body and I'm looking out for it.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 50 lb

I'm still on Ripptoe's but next week I'm going to begin the 5x5 program.My diet is becoming more serious because it summer finally. I will also start taking GreenMagnitude and PurpleWraath for my workouts, since I wasted my money on some CEE that didn't even work.

Oh yeah, it is tough to keep a diet. I have something of a sweet tooth, so I feel your pain. And you aren't that far from 195 now. You can definitely reach it.

I leaned up quite a bit, now I am back trying to gain strength. That seems to be working. Don't care too much right now on gaining size. How big do you want to get? You are already pretty big.
