How I Started:
After playing college football for 4 years and graduating with a degree in Health and Physical Education (N.C.A&T State Univ.), I joined the U.S.Army. As you know physical fitness is number one on the list for any one of Americas finest. I started taking lifting seriously again while stationed in South Korea. I entered my first and only bodybuilding competition and placed third in my weight class. Not bad for a TRUE HARDGAINER!!!
Why I Love It:
I love all aspects of training: the way it makes this old man look (42 in December); as a trainer I love to help others accomplish their goals and dreams; but most importantly it's a part of my lifestyle and without it I would be SICK.
How I Stay Motivated:
Training just comes naturally to me. I was very ill as a child (asthma), so when I was able to start training and participating in organized sports everything sort of fell into place. I knew as a young boy what my occupation would be when I grew up.

Third Place Lightweight Category: Camp Casey Bodybuilding Invitational (1992)
Have trained several INBF and WNBF Figure Competitors and Models
Currently training competitors for the 2008 Mannheim Bodybuilding and Figure Invitational

Goal (Long):
I want to prove to the public that naturally slender people (ectomorphs)can build quality muscle with proper training, supplementation and discipline. If you train hard, but at the same time train SMART, then you will be able to put together your best body.

I don't care if you've trained the last 10 Mr. Olympias. Read the NSCA's spotting guidelines; improper technique spotting is improper spotting technique.
Tried to get back in the gym today, but my chest is still congested. One of my folks suggested that I get back in bed since I could barley breath...lol I plan on bouncing back by Thrusday...regardless!
