Hey Dude, Just eat the right foods and train consistantly. Try supersetting when you go to the gym, you will have better results. You already got to abs, but keep working them. 158 lbs is not skinny. Its perfect. Just work with what you got. Get a gym buddy to train with to keep you motivated. Go for it kid.

haha didnt know anyone i knew knew about this place. did Trey tell you cuse I showed him in the computer lab last friday. Anyways keep your stuff updated so you can track your progress and get lookin like me haha
