Goal (Long):
Firstly, i want to gain muscle all around for the next 12 weeks. Based on the accomplishment of this then i would start my cutting phase. I here i want to get my six pack out which is the most difficult part. The rest of my body are responding well its the abs only that needs more attention.
Everything is progressing smoothly. I'm noticing changes but I haven't been really serious about weighing myself so that is my goal for next week... I'll make a habit of it.
Dude i did the program for 12 weeks. 8 weeks with the methyl 1-d/I-GH-1 stack Then 4 weeks on Formadrol to make everything back to normal. Thats what the lg sciences website said to do. I always take normal protein/glutamine powders. You dont gotta thank me dud e im glad i could help
keep it basic. whey protien, multi vit
creatine, glutamine. eat 7-9 small meals a day. which would be 7-9 oz of chicken and a cup of rice plus 2-3 shakes a day
Yes, I know where fiji is and I am jealous... so not fair;) Training is going well... hopefully I'll get some new pics up this weekend. How are things with you?
