It was NOT the amount that I was eating, but the HIDDEN AND EMPTY CALORIES I was in taking in. 
 

I knew I had to take some action about the way I was gaining weight so fast.

In the last 7 months I had gained 24 lbs. and I had no idea what I was doing wrong.

Day 3 - Arms / Back
Repeat again and rest on Sundays

4 to 6 different exercises per muscle group /
2 - 3 sets of 6 to 8 reps; if it gets easier and I get to reach 10 - 12 reps then I add more weight to speed my muscle growth; keeping my workouts...
