My daughther is always looking out for me and my health. She entered the "Hydroxycut Max Transformation Contest" and asked me if I wanted to join her in this journey. I'm very greatful for her love and compassion.

I'm tired of just being a pretty face, I want a gorgeous body too!!!
Goal (Long):
I'm done feeling ashamed of my body and myself. In the last ten years when I started to put on all this weight I have felt horrible about myself but not doing anything about it; that's changing today, Now its my time to face reality and do something. No more wishful thinking and just a pretty face; I want to have a gorgeous body too!
Dedication & commitment to excellence has been the path she walks No pain no gain.. she always tells me; always pushing me for more.. Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
My Husband... We encourage each other... Build our relationship plus having a "Papi Chulo" like that in the gym all for me can be a great motivation...

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Day 1 - Chest / Abs
Day 2 - Legs / Shoulders
Day 3 - Arms / Back
Repeat again and rest on Sundays
4 to 6 different exercises per muscle group /
2 - 3 sets of 6 to 8 reps; if it gets easier and I get to reach 10 - 12 reps then I add more weight to speed my muscle growth; keeping my workouts...
