I have always been pretty active, and after high school I stopped playing sports. I decided to join a gym and for the last several years,I've been addicted to working out.
Why I Love It:
Great way to relieve stress and stay in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Pictures of Bodybuilders, and Fitness competitors on my desktop.
Comparing my progress pictures and seeing how far I have come.
I appreciate all the nice comments and pms :)

I want to maintain 130 pounds at 18% bodyfat...
Gain 2 inches in my calves (yes still my goal LOL) and AFTER reaching my desired muscle mass/weight, start cutting for summer 6 pack :)
My computer has been broken for months now :( And I've been too busy to get it fixed. It's hard to log into this site in the school library since the pics on this site show lots of skin!
