I have always been pretty active, and after high school I stopped playing sports. I decided to join a gym and for the last several years,I've been addicted to working out.
Why I Love It:
Great way to relieve stress and stay in shape.

I have another photoshoot coming up this summer...Started doing more cardio to prep for it. Will be so nice to see some definition after a long winter! Not dropping my cals too much....Probably hold around 1800, and upping to 2000 a few days a week (lift days). No drinking for me though :( Can't...
