How I Started: I have always been pretty active, and after high school I stopped playing sports. I joined a gym, because I am addicted to working out and I feel like crap when I don't.

No
Why or why not?
They aren't really concerned with fitness. So I don't really discuss it with them. I do tell my husband about it though....almost every day LOL :)

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Don't think of it as temporary, it is a lifestyle. Make a plan that you can stick to and that isn't from one extreme to the next. For example, portion control and self control.

Yesterday I did legs and today I am contemplating whether I should do cardio or not to help the DOMS...

Reason: I started taking this supplement for energy while working out.
BSN True-Mass, 5.75 Lbs., Vanilla Ice Cream
Started: Oct 01, 2007
Reason: To get that extra protein when I don't have time to sit and eat a meal.
Optimum 100% Whey Protein, 2 Lbs., Double Rich Chocolate
Started: Mar 03, 2008
Reason: Just ordered it and I hope it tastes as good as some say it does :)

Review:  Tastes really good, but has too much sugar in it. It recommends 3 scoops, but I only take one...
