I have always been pretty active, and after high school I stopped playing sports. I joined a gym, because I am addicted to working out and I feel like crap when I don't.
Why I Love It:
Great way to relieve stress and stay in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Pictures of Bodybuilders, and Fitness competitors.
BB Accomplishments:
Sticking to a healthy lifestyle, and making good food choices.

No
Why or why not?
They aren't really concerned with fitness. So I don't really discuss it with them. I do tell my husband about it though....almost every day LOL :)

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Don't think of it as temporary, it is a lifestyle. Make a plan that you can stick to and that isn't from one extreme to the next. For example, portion control and self control.
Hey, girl! Not much here. How about you? I'm psyching myself up for my workout tonight. Ya know struttin around, beatin on my chest, & yellin "you da sh*t!" JK :D Seriously I need to get off my arse and go workout.
