How I Started:
I started working out when I got to my first base back in 04. I was 6'3" 175 lbs and skinny. I then decided to hit the gym and hard. I gained 30 lbs in 3 months, it was a blessing. I have fallen off the wagon for sometime and I know weigh 190 and I'm not as toned and muscular as I once was. So now, I'm starting over while I'm deployed and hope to get the wheels back in motion.
Why I Love It:
What's not to love about being stronger, bigger, toner, and healthier? I love working out and I love myself, so I have to make sure I'm in the best shape I can be. You only live once...
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by getting stonger and doing better than I did last time. When I notice myself getting bigger or stronger, I notice that my hard work was not in vain, which pushes me to do more. That, plus the wifey is doing her part in keeping it sexy, so why shouldnt I?
