How I Started:
I've worked out on and off for about 2 years. For about 6 months I never stepped foot in a gym and completely let myself go. I ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. I started to feel miserable when everything I wore was so tight on me.. It made me so depressed.. I felt that getting back in the gym and losing all these excess pounds would be the best way to feel good about myself. I have struggle with my weight all of my life.. I completely hate dieting but I've always enjoyed working out. Now I work out 4 days a week and its something I look forward to every single day!
Why I Love It:
I can't lie I really hate doing cardio and if it wasn't for the t.v. I would probably not be able to spend 30 minutes on the treadmill/elliptical. I also despise any type of abdominal exercises but I do it because I know I have to in order to reach my fitness goals. I do enjoy compound exercices like lunges and squats. Also weight training feels so good to me and I love the feeling of being sore after a good workout. It makes me feel strong and energized as if I really accomplished something :-)
How I Stay Motivated:
Every time that I step on the scale.. stand in the mirror naked or put on clothes I stay motivated. I love the feeling of clothes feeling looser against my body and the scale giving me a smaller number.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm not a body builder although I do admire the dedication and work that bodybuilders put into their bodies. My fitness goals are to lose fat, get muscle definition, and gain strength.
Thanx your sweet! All i really did was stop being a PIG and eatting everything I saw around me! That and some working out .... But that only takes you so far! Now,I am stuck! I have lost a lot...But I think that the frist few are the easiest to lose! I was 215 and now im 175lbs I have to find something knew. When your body get use to you doing the same thing every day it doesn't work anymore!
