1 YEAR LATER. Now weigh about 339 lbs. In this photo have lost 170.5 lbs since the before pic. Still have a while to get to my final goal, but I am confident I will reach it sometime in the Summer of 2010

I stopped by to compliment you on your body transformation. Too many people these days think it can’t be done and so they don't even try, but you have proven/are proving that with hard work and determination it can be.
