How I Started:
This ones a weird one, I had gyno as a kid, and basically got into the gym and fitness routine to battle that,
Then at 16 I did an instructor course to get a job at my local gym, so I could learn a bit more, and got hooked, now, Ive decided if im going to preach it to people as in instructor, id better look like one too.
Why I Love It:
It takes a lot of dedication and understanding and hard work.
And when you can look at yourself and what youve got on paper, and see a marked difference, It makes it worth it.
How I Stay Motivated:
A glance in the mirror, and an expensive tub of whey, that I cant afford to no put to good use.

Goal (Long):
My current goal is to improve my strength and basic frame.
At current I am training 5x5 and will continue to, using the just basics, big, heavy, compounds.
Once my strength gets up, and my size gets up, then ill work on making myself pretty, untill then, all I want is slabs of muscle.
Ive given myself 16months for this, and if im not happy after then, ill just have to keep on going untill I am.
