2500-2600 calories 45% protein/35% carbs/20% fat
Sample Day
7am: 3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, bagel with PB, 8oz of greek yogurt
10am: banana, trailmix or protein bar
1pm: tunafish with light miracle whip with 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 cup of 1% cottage cheese
4pm: ON whey protein shake with 1 cup skim milk
6pm: 8 oz grilled chicken breasts with brown rice and light ranch dressing
9pm: Light and Fit yogurt depending on macros and caloric needs.
