How I Started:
I started with a test drive in highschool senior year, weight lifting/gym class. Each week i felt better and motivated just by seeing results and receiving good comments from other people. After Highschool I joined the military and continued to stick with my routine on lifting, back then i didnt know much about gaining muscle/supplements and everything else related to improve my fitness stages. Today i recognize myself in a different level of which i thought i could not reach and i am very impressed..Thats dedication for you!!
Why I Love It:
The best part about bodybuilding is seeing massive results and feeling such strength which makes you strive for more. I also love giving others advice and also receive advice. Everyone has their different style workouts and routines and i have a bad habbit on working out everything possible each day..hahaha o-well! watever works for you i guess or no?
How I Stay Motivated:
I always remind myself how it used to be and how it is now, also thanks to some of these dietary supplements such as N.O. XPLODE, SUPERPUMP etc. I also want to stay in shape for my wife, i love when she bites her lips while starring at me..wOooO!!

SemeSmash changed Body Fat from 11% to 11%, no change in the past 77 days
I have a fast metabolism and tend to lose weight and musle very quickly. I give 110% everytime i hit up the gym 6 times a week. Im trying to get ahold of a whey gainer supplement which i can stick to. My weight has been fluctuating between 165Lbs - 175Lbs. One Way or another i will reach that goal before this year ends.
Gert is a great inspiration to me because he is Fit, Healthy, competitive, dedicated and a beast sent from above. Keep up the hard training bro and good luck with your competitions!

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
First having a workout partner helps a person to achieve goals, assist, achieve goals and so forth. Sometimes it gets pretty boring over time lifting alone.

amazing progress man.... And i also see that you have a very impressive bench which leads to my question i want to ask you.... Right now my bench is stuck at about 260 and i've hit a plateau for about a month trying to do some burn out drop set type work outs to break it... i was just wondering if you have any tips that might help
