joshbo22 My study abroad group stayed in christchurch for a week, then traveled counterclockwise around the south island for 2 weeks, and we finished a final week in christchurch. our itinerary was mostly planned for us, and we got to do some amazing things. i've been fortunate enough to travel to a lot places around the world, but new zealand is by far my favorite. i plan on going back as soon as possible. joshbo22 I think Motueka is the closest I got to Nelson during my trip. I studied some history, international affairs, and political science. A solid diet makes a huge difference in your progress for sure. As long as you lift consistently and keep a clean diet, you'll get the results you're looking for. Aug 16, 2010 11:57pm

joshbo22 Hey man. Thanks for the compliments. I see you live in New Zealand! I studied and traveled around the south island for a month last summer and I can't wait to go back sometime soon. Anyway, as for the abs, mine definitely became more defined and looked fuller once i began working them out and eating properly. I do a short ab circuit every other workout. Lowering your bodyfat percentage will reveal the muscles you already have, but building them up first will yield greater results Aug 13, 2010 12:53pm

B-ryminD09 hey man. i tried it for a little bit, and it wasn't for me. latley i've just been tryin to eat a lot of like 90% clean, lots of chicken and lean beef and veggies ect... and just bulk up w/ gaining much fat. thats what works best for me. but give it a shot, might work better for u. Pain Zone Yea, it takes off water weight making you look lean. My gym has an inferred sauna that burns up calories aswell. if you sit in there for an hour or so you will se a difference in a week =) Nov 8, 2009 5:25pm
