How I Started:
I always wanted to have muscles like Goku or the other people from the anime, DBZ. I saw old pictures of my father, who lived around the mountains in South Korea, and wanted to be like him. I always assumed that if I just grow up to age 18, I would look ripped no matter what. Then I hit reality. My father recommended I join a gym so I joined Bally Total Fitness on Fordham Road/Grand Concourse in the Bronx, with my gym partners, Juan, a muscular/skinny type guy with insane vascularity, and Isaiah, the fat guy with the most mass and strength. I was the guy in between - had vascularity and strength, but no fat. I started on May 2006.
Why I Love It:
I want the results. I want a better body. I want to look big, probably just my instincts.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching bodybuilding shows, and watching my strength increase. Also, like Arnold said, the body feeling fatigued after workouts is one of the best feelings of the world. Also taking progress pictures into my secret folder.

Not to be an ass or anything, but what struck me about your profile was the fact you claim to squat close to 400lbs @ 16 years old & 160lbs, lol. Is this a mistake on your profile? Keep up the hard work by the way.
