Background

When I Started: Jan 2007
HOW I STARTED:

Felt tired of being the fat guy that ate pizza and played WoW all day. For years I'd tell myself I'd do something, but I never did until I finally just got disgusted with myself. Started working out and learning things via bodybuilding.com and other sites. Now I love the gym...just not dieting =).

WHY I LOVE IT:

I'm extremely competitive in anything I do. Does matter if its a board game, work or sports; I have to win. The gym provides an interesting competition though since I'm basically competing with myself which drives me to keep pushing.
