How I Started:
I have always been involved with athletics, but I did not know how to properly work out with weights until I joined the Marines.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it relieves my stress, keeps me healthy, improves my athletic performance and it basically makes me feel good. I see my work out more as sport performance. It was a huge part of my training when I was training MMA at the time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I switch up my cardio and strength training work outs every 4-6 weeks to shock my body and to re-motivate myself. And the #1 reason is my beautiful wife.
BB Accomplishments:
No major bodybuilding accomplishments, but I have been able to adjust my work outs for my body as it changes with age.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to grow a bigger chest and trim down my body fat while maintaining my weight between 176lbs-183lbs. I have very strong shoulders, arms, back and core. I think it is time for my chest to show up and to trim down to show my hard work. No more neglecting!!! I have not measured my body fat in about six months, but the last time I checked it was 12%. I would like to be in the single digits again.

Planned on doing some cardio and lifting for arms today. They have a new time for a hard core advanced spin class. Decided to do that. The instructor was kinda cute. That helped with some of the Sunday motivation. LOL. I will do arms tomorrow. Good times!
Standing Barbell Shoulder Press: 4 Sets of 4 Reps with 135lbs
Shoulder Shrugs: 4 Sets of 4-5 Reps with 400lbs
Bench Press: 4 Sets of 4-5 Reps with 165lbs-185lbs
Cable Cross Over: 4 Sets of 10 with 35lbs

Im glad things are going well. My workouts are great, now my diet......not so good. I just took some pics and I am so unhappy, I could be looking so much better. I'm kinda down about it.
