I want to lose 40lbs of fat and build more muscle
mass. I am really just tired of looking like a fat husband.
Goal (Long):
Growing up I was a husky kid, fat, chunky, or what ever you want to call it. High school and sports changed all this for me. I started working out because I wanted to be a faster stonger athlete. Over time it just transformed my body. I ran track, played football, and wrestled. After I graduated I joined the Marine Crop. Working out became part of my success, if you were out of shape it is harder to get promoted. After I got out of the Marines is when it started. I was eating a lot of junk and not working out at all! So of course, I started to gain fat and plenty of it. It got so bad that I would go to the gym and try to start working out, but got depressed at how bad I looked and how weak I was and left. Now, I am just so fed up with making excuses and ready to make a change! I will make a change...
I am kind of torn, I hear that using wrist straps are good because you can do more weight on the muscle you're working, and some say they are bad because your forarms don't grow with the rest of your body? So, I am kind of wondering what does everyone here think? I don't use strap at the...

Hey there. Don't know if you read my blog or not. First week was great. Second week not so much. Hitting it hard this week. Turkey day coming fast! Have to restrain!LOL
Things are going pretty good man! I have been working on bulking some my bodyfat is up a little but my workouts have been incredible. I am going to stay heavy another week and then switch to cutting with higher rep exercises to keep my body guessing. How are you?
Worked hard last couple of days. Back bis legs wednesday, Cross fit and MMA training thursday. Chest tris tonight. Deit looks good. Taking new pics next friday. along with new measures. THanks for accountability!!!! I needed this bad!!

Greetings, I'm updating things now, I work out Mon-Frid. Weight training 1st then cardio for 45 min on tread mill 4.0 mph. Drinking lots of water and eating healthy..looking forwrd to my transformation. Pls keep me encouraged..n chk out my photos. Thanks big bro. Mr. Webb (Col. Ga.)
I hit Chest tris and shoulders with a tri set three stations hard. My diet looks good so far this week. and Im doin Plyometrics tonight. Tomorrow will be Back Bis and legs triset. So far everything looking right ....thanks for the push!!!! Hows your training?
Thanks for checkin in. Hittin' it monday.Had a party to go to this weekend. Wanted to eat junk one more time before I start. I'm not gonna cheat once I get started! I'm kinda glad I'm waiting til Monday. I'm actually getting excited about Monday. Not sure whats going on. When I've worked out before I never really was excited about it. I just did it. Maybe it's a good sign.
