All my lifts sucked today. I can think of a couple reasons why they sucked but I'll write about each exercise first.
 Squat: 200 (5/5/3)
I pulled off 5 reps in the first 2 sets but each rep was a struggle and my form was crappy: I had to use my lower back to complete 1-2 of the reps in...
I'm glad you broke that 155...work on that 200+ bench man, you certianly look like you can do it. I bet if I trained you you'd get it in a few weeks :D

well i wouldn't put it that way.
but i'm about to toss my new co-worker across the damn room... he resembles what i imagine a potato dumpling would look like with clothes on. and he brings up weight lifting allllll the ****ing time, but he doesn't lift, he talks about how he "used" to lift .... and i don't give a ****.

I kept protein up, but not near my normal 250g/day. I cut carbs down. I didn't lose strength or size, I looked really flat and soft though, it's been 5-6 weeks since the accident, 3 weeks of which I couldn't move much or use my left arm at all from the torn artery and I already set a new bench 1RM and new deadlift 1RM.
YO! i'm back in the gym now. dang, you got ripped while I was gone. REPS for that new front progress pic bro! I'm back up to 180, and made new PR's for 1RM on bench and DL myself.
