liftingfreak61 Watched you deadlift in your video. A few key things 1. Couldn't tell if you had a belt but get one. 2. Try to push your chest out just like when you squat so you don't use your back so much, a couple years ago when i started i did 315, and used all back, did something couldn't lift for a month. and it plumeted. just thought i'd give some advice.
