I am trying to lose weight and it seems to me that Bodybuilders and Figure Competitors know how to lose weight. Plus once the weight is lost, there needs to be some muscle build in order to look good.
Why I Love It:
I am not loving it yet, but I have great hopes!
How I Stay Motivated:
I feel like it's fork in the road time. I have to pick a path. One path is to do nothing new and that path is not so pretty. Another path is harder, but it leads to much better results

Seawrenchanged Weight from 191.2 lbs. to 182.8 lbs., a 8.4 lb. loss in 130 days
Usually the "after" looks better than before, but right now, my "befores" look better than my "afters". This is "before" I gained the weight I now plan to lose.
At 190 I've lost about 15 lbs since starting just over 6 months ago. Progress seems slow but steady. I am much stronger.
OMG Cynthia, the progress pics...You are doing great!!! Good for you, keep up the hard work, it shows!!! You've inspired me to start taking pics like that. Great improvement!
Hey Cynthia,
Just checking in and I noticed your progress pictures. You definitely can see the difference you have made. Good for you and keep up the good work!!

Just read your journal then checked out the pics you are being way too hard on yourself the difference is very obvious to everyone congrats To you Cynthia
Looks like you are off to a perfect start. From what I understand, a person who is trying to burn is supposed to lose roughly 2 lbs a week max.. I looks like you are exactly on track!
