I stick to lighter weight, higher reps. I do box squats, reg squats, a modified front squat with my legs way out in front using the smith machine, lunges, and sometimes leg press. I love the leg curl machine to!
I wish I had yr abs ****er. An hour of cardio damn, I've been pushing just to get my 30mins on an empty stomach. Does the extra 30 mins make a lot of difference?-If so, I'm gonna have to start going that long. Do u roid or are u all natural?
