Friend at work has going and adding muscle quick. Wanted to look better for my now ex-girlfriend.
Why I Love It:
Relaxs me when I am having a bad day. The compliments you get from people you work with and meet. You never stop setting goals to achieve.

Always wanting to look better and went from chubby to muscle and dont want to go back.

Currently I want to burn off around 10 pounds of fat without sacrificing any the muscle gains from the last 2 years. I want to have the six pack showing through. Desire to have body fat below 10 percent and still be over 200 pounds.

Workout Program:
Started using a work out of full body 3 times a week of 2 sets per excer. and only resting 15 secs between. Aim for 8-10 reps and if I get 10 I move up in weight next time.
Finish with cardio.
Tuesdays
5 ab workouts and then cardio

Everything is going pretty well. I had a massive cold last week plus I had to spend a week in Phoenix. I was working very messed up hours so I layed off an entire week.
